Accountant (Graveyard Shift | Multi-Client Support)

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Accountant to support multiple client entities across our U.S. operations. This is a graveyard-shift role (U.S. business hours) designed for an individual who thrives in handling complex, multi-brand accounting structures while ensuring precision and timely delivery. You’ll play a vital role in providing accurate financial insights that drive leadership decisions across the Collective.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Accounting

  • Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple clients, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Reconcile accounts, statements, and financial data to maintain accuracy and compliance across entities.
  • Oversee expense tracking, reimbursements, and inter-company transactions.
  • Liaise with vendors to manage invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Run payroll and generate related reports to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
  • Collect accounts receivable (AR) fees and dues across assigned entities.
  • Maintain all corporate financial records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management initiatives.
  • Compile budgets, monitor performance, and prepare variance reports for leadership review.
  • Generate analytical reports and provide variance explanations to assist leadership in financial decision-making.
  • Furnish weekly financial and money reports for department heads and U.S. leadership.

Collaboration, Compliance & Coordination

  • Liaise with regulators, auditors, and other accounting teams to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based teams to meet reporting deadlines and maintain alignment with operational goals.
  • Meet regularly with department heads to review financial performance, budgets, and variances.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Accounting SOPs to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Attend all required leadership meetings scheduled during U.S. business hours.
  • Operate under the direct supervision of the Chairman and U.S.-based managers, while ensuring that all payments and compliance matters follow the direction of the Accounting Department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably managing multiple client accounts.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and standard accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar platforms.
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to work independently during U.S. hours (graveyard shift) and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in real estate, escrow, or financial services is an advantage.
  • CPA license or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
