This role is designed for a dynamic individual passionate about content creation, strategy, and audience growth on YouTube. If you have a proven track record of managing YouTube channels, developing engaging content, and leveraging platform algorithms to maximize reach and engagement, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand’s marketing objectives and resonates with our target audience.
Optimize channel metadata, titles, descriptions, and tags to improve our search rankings and drive organic traffic.
Engage actively with our audience through comments, social media, and other platforms to build a strong community around our brand.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders to guide strategy adjustments and identify growth opportunities.
Lead creative direction for new video series, campaigns, and content initiatives, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and audience interests.
Develop and execute audience development strategies to attract new subscribers and boost channel engagement.
Implement monetization strategies to increase channel revenue, including advertising, sponsorships, and merchandise sales.

Job Requirements:

1-2 years of experience managing a YouTube channel, with a solid understanding of YouTube’s algorithms and trends.
Expertise in personal finance and personal development content, with the ability to engage and educate viewers on these topics.
Proficiency in creating short-form and long-form content that appeals to a wide audience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of American English in a conversational tone.
Self-starter with the initiative to work independently and with minimal supervision, bringing innovative ideas and trending topics to the forefront.
